There is no seller fee on Bikeflip. We will pay out the full amount a buyer has agreed to pay for your bicycle.
Whenever you send a bike with us it is fully insured against lost or damages during shipment.
Users can buy your bike with our payment system. The system makes sure that buyers pay the full amount up front before our logistics partner will pick up the bike at your doorstep. This way, you can be sure to get paid after the bike is delivered to the buyer.
If a bike is vastly different from the description and the information provided in the Bikeflip chat, buyers can return a purchased bike. Therefore, it is important to provide an honest description. The return policy is not applying if the buyer does not like the bike or purchased a size that does not fit.
