Bikeflip Buyer Protection is the secure method to buy used bikes online. When you send a buying request, you don't pay the seller but us. Bikeflip is securely storing the money until you have received and approved the bike. This way, you don't have to be afraid to get scammed online.

Buying used bikes online can be risky. With Bikeflip Buyer Protection, you don't have to worry anymore. Your payment is safe during the whole process and you have a return right for bikes that are not as described.

An ordered bike can be returned if it significantly differs from the descriptions in the bike-ad and additional infos you received via chat from the seller. Please note that ordering the wrong size or a not fitting bike is not qualifying for a free return.

The fee is used to securely facilitate and store your payment and offer you a wide variety of payment methods.

The bike is shipped with full insurance by one of our state of the art logistic partners. Before shipment, the seller will receive a specifically designed box to protect your purchased item. During shipment, the bike is fully insured against loss and damage.

After you have sent the buying request, the seller has 48 hours to accept it. Our logistics partner usually will pick up the bike within 4-6 business days at the seller location. Those 4-6 business days are necessary for the seller to receive packaging material from Bikeflip and to have enough time to pack the bike.
