An ordered bike can be returned if it significantly differs from the descriptions in the bike-ad and additional infos you received via chat from the seller. Please note that ordering the wrong size or a not fitting bike is not qualifying for a free return.

Those 4-6 business days are necessary for the seller to receive packaging material from Bikeflip and to have enough time to pack the bike.
